New Message Tag Filters are now available in SEDNA! 

Message Tag filters allow a User to quickly view and filter their inbox using any of the Job Tag filters displayed when selecting "show filter". This will populate a list of Job Tags that are found within the Team's inbox. 

How do the Message Tag Filters Work? 

1. Users can hide and unhide the Message Tag Filter feature. This option only appears if users are in the Inbox view.

2.  All the Tags user can filter job tags

• Users can hone in by selecting one or more Tags to change their inbox view
• Message counts work shows the most to the least from left to right
• Archiving each night means the counts will be new messages with Tags in the morning

3. Users can clear the selected Tag filter

4. To see Tag Filters in Live searches, users need to tick this setting
