SEDNA Team Tokens allow users to set their Team using the SEDNA Search filter. Your default team is automatically assigned using a Default Team Token beside the Search field, which ensures that messages related to that Team are received and sent correctly.
You can also work with additional Team Tokens to view messages from multiple Teams that you have access to. Selecting multiple Team Tokens will show messages from those Team inboxes at the same time.

When replying to or drafting a message, the team you are sending from will show next to your name.
To change the sending Team Token, select your name in the From field.
*Note: team availability in the From field will be based on the Teams who have visibility to the message.
Adding Multiple Team Tokens
- Select the Teams icon ().
- Select the Team Tokens you would like to use, or select the All Teams icon ().
- Subtract teams by clicking the X beside the Team Token or clearing the search completely using the steps below.
*Note: removing your Default Team will remove the ability to modify the Team Tokens in the search, and will require a reset by clicking the SEDNA logo to return to your Default Team.
**Note: People, Job Reference, and Category tags will be based on the team(s) which have visibility to the message, as opposed to the team selector.
Settings including the 'From' field, Snippets, Signatures, Templates and Category Tags are based on the Team receiving the message. If multiple selected Teams have access to the message, the 'From' field will show the Teams available, and the Snippets, Templates and Category Tags will show for all Teams selected.
*Note: Signatures will not update with the switch of teams. To change your signature, copy and paste the correct one into the message sending from a different team.
Clearing Search Criteria
To clear your current Search criteria, including any selected Team Tokens, click the X symbol beside the search. This will return you to the previous Search criteria.
To completely reset your Search criteria, select the SEDNA logo in the top left of the screen. This will return to your Default Team Token inbox and Search.
