In the case that you are not able to see a message that you should have received in Sedna, we would recommend that you reach out to our support team (support@sedna.com). In order for us to investigate this we would need your organisation's IT team to provide us with the message logs from your Exchange server to show that this message was successfully forwarded from your mail server to Sedna.
If possible, we would also ask that you provide an EML file of the missing message so that we can better track this message on our side.
