Customers hosted in our US availability zones: Tuesday 27th February at 10:00-11:00 PDT / 18:00-19:00 UTC.
This activity is required to upgrade our search infrastructure and should not result in any downtime of the application.
During the maintenance period, messages may take slightly longer to be processed than usual, but no work or email messages will be lost.
Every effort will be made to perform the change as quickly and safely as possible to minimize disruption, and our team will be on standby should any unforeseen events occur.
