SEDNA uses different colors to convey different meanings throughout the platform. This allows users to quickly scan their mailbox and easily identify what has been looked at, what hasn’t, and what needs their immediate attention.
Note: A Message tile setting is available for users to customize the content and style of the list appearance. For the steps on how to turn it on, you can read our Message Tiles Settings article.

Further Information:
SEDNA prioritizes functionality in our design efforts, which is why we have spent time revising the colors we use throughout our system. Adhering to these standards is important for our users with low visual acuity, and will help in environments with poor lighting conditions, and improve readability across the whole application.
