We’ve reorganized the functionality to help take action on messages by making them more easily accessible. Now all the SEDNA actions you take upon a message (mark done, follow, share, etc.) are accessible from a central location above the message. We've also relocated the list arrows to the footer of the message list and made it easier to identify who is the author of a message.
1. Store, Follow and Share
The actions to "Store (Unstore)", "Follow (Unfollow)" and "Share" a message are now placed above the message you read. The reason was to make it easier for you to take action on a message by grouping key functions and reducing the distance your cursor has to travel on the screen. Previously "Store (Unstore) and "Follow (Unfollow)" were along the tab of functions on the far right hand of the screen and "Share" was within a message.
2. Up and Down Arrow
The Previous/Next arrow buttons to advance through each message are now placed on the bottom left hand side of the page under the list view of messages. This functionality now joins a tool bar that features the ability to view messages in a chronological list or by recent activity.
3. Author ID
Working in a shared inbox within a team environment, it's not immediately apparent who is the author of a sent message. We've now added a notification within the "activity" tab that includes the name of the sender along with when the message was sent or forwarded. You can view this information when clicking the "Message" icon to reveal the "Activity" associated to a message. Knowing who is the originator of the message helps you direct questions or comments more effectively.
