In SEDNA, you can sort messages in a multitude of ways, including by time or priority. In this article, you will learn how to take advantage of the sort options within SEDNA.
Sort by Time
You can sort messages on the list by ascending or descending order according to time.
Note: The default setting is having the newest messages on top.
Newest messages at the top is indicated by this icon
Oldest messages at the top is indicated by this icon
Sort by Chronological or Priority
The message list can be sorted by Chronological Order (time) or by Priority (most recent activity) on the messages. Note: The default setting is sorted by Chronological Order.
Sorting messages by Chronological Order is indicated by a Clock icon.
Sorting messages by Priority is indicated by a List icon.
Note: The activities that will bump a message to the top of the Message List when sorting by Priority include:
- Reply Drafted
- Message Assigned
- Message Shared
- Message Received
- New Comment
