SEDNA Link allows users to interact directly with any third-party apps connected to their tenant from within a message. This feature is synced with the third-party systems of user tenants to allow users to see information and take action via an integration, specific to that individual message. SEDNA Link is customized to each app based on message metadata and an assessment of what information is being used to support workflows and make decisions.
Note: This function works on both desktop and mobile.
SEDNA Link benefit users by creating more unified and accessible data within SEDNA, faster workflows, and less context switching from jumping between different systems.
To use SEDNA Link
- Go to the message you wish to perform an action on.
- Click on the “App” icon () located next to the Message ID.
- Choose the integrated app you wish to use. The available actions will appear within the SEDNA Link panel.
- Choose the action you wish to take on the message.
