Bulk Archive

To Archive many messages in one action select Bulk archive.

Select Bulk Archive to open the Bulk Archive modal. By clicking the "Archive" button in the button right of the modal, you will Archive all messages currently surfaced to you, whether you are viewing an inbox, a search, a Live Search, a Saved Search, or your Following or Important tabs.

Bulk Archive Filters

Select the applicable filter to Archive messages that meet the desired criteria.

On selecting a filter, SEDNA will calculate the messages to be archived. Select Archive and SEDNA will carry out the process in the background.

Bulk archive for team (Pro and Enterprise Edition Only)

If you are on a Pro or Enterprise SEDNA Edition you may also have the Bulk Archive for team option. Selecting this will Archive the Message for all members of the same Default Team as yourself. 

Note: 'Include team archive' is only available to those with the Super User role for Archive search results.
