Infrastructure setup – As part of your implementation of Sedna, your IT Administrator may need to enable specific outbound network access.
If your network policy restricts access to external domains, you must explicitly permit outbound connections to the domains below for Sedna to function correctly.
Protocols
- All endpoints use HTTPS (TCP 443)
- Some functionality also requires Secure WebSockets (WSS over TCP 443)

Why we ask you to whitelist:
1) Core Sedna application traffic
These are the primary domains used by the Sedna web application.
Purpose: Sedna platform application traffic (web app access and core services).
Impact if blocked: Users may be unable to load Sedna, sign in, or use core functionality.
2) Tenant data storage & retrieval
These endpoints support storage/retrieval of tenant data (e.g., emails and related artifacts).

Purpose: AWS services used for receiving, storing, and reading your tenant data (including emails, job tags, integration data and attachments).
Impact if blocked: Attachments and email content may fail to load; some processing may fail.
3) Authentication & identity
Used to support user account authentication flows.
Purpose: Authentication-related assets used during login and identity flows.
Impact if blocked: Users may be unable to authenticate reliably.
4) In-app guidance, announcements, and feature enablement
These services support feature rollout, onboarding prompts, and product updates inside the app.
Purpose: Feature flag delivery (controls feature availability and rollout).
Impact if blocked: Users may see inconsistent or outdated feature behaviour.
Purpose: In-app onboarding prompts / guidance.
Impact if blocked: In-app guidance may not display.
Purpose: In-app announcements / product updates.
Impact if blocked: Product announcements may not display.
5) Support & Help Centre tooling
Used to deliver support widgets and help content.
Purpose: Help Centre, support content, and support chat widget dependencies.
Impact if blocked: Help Centre embedded content or support chat may not load or work properly.
6) Product monitoring & diagnostics
These services help Sedna monitor performance and diagnose issues.
Purpose: Error monitoring and diagnostics.
Impact if blocked: Reduced ability for Sedna to detect/diagnose issues.
Purpose: Product usage analytics (to understand feature adoption and improve product experience).
Impact if blocked: Analytics may be degraded.
