Pop out composer or reader is not working

Are you facing problems with your Pop Out Composer and Reader despite clicking on this icon ?

If yes, this article will help you to resolve this issue that you are facing. Always ensure that you have enabled Pop-Ups and redirects for this URL : your <tenant>.Sednanetwork.com. 

For Chrome: 

1. On your computer, open Chrome.
2. At the top right, click More   Settings.
3. Click Privacy and security  Site Settings  Pop-ups and redirects.
4. Choose the option that you want as your default setting.

For Edge: 

1. In Edge, go to Settings and more at the top of your browser.
   
                                      

2. Select Settings  > Cookies and site permissions.

3. Under All permissions, select Pop-ups and redirects.

4. Disable the settings if you notice that Sednanetwork.com is being blocked.

Please ensure your site is refreshed after the updated changes in Settings.
