Opening a link in the Sedna iOS App

An improvement has been launched in the Sedna iOS app.

When you wish to open a link in an email, it will now open automatically in Safari.

Previously, links would open within the Sedna app, which we found wasn’t the best experience for our users. With this change, your internet browsing experience will now be managed entirely outside of Sedna.

This improvement only works if you are on the latest version of the app (v. 1.1.8).

Users still on an older version of the Sedna iOS app will not be able to open links from their emails. Therefore, it is important that they make sure your app is up to date.

How to update your Sedna iOS App: 

1. Open the App Store on your iOS device
2. Search for the “Sedna” app, or click this link
3. If you are not on the most up to date version, there will be a button next to our app that says “Update”. Click this to update.
4. If you are on the most updated version already, there will be no option to update. You can double check by clicking “Version History” - the version you should be on is v. 1.1.8.
