Message ID - A Unique indentifier for each message

Every message possesses a unique identifier. This message ID can be quoted and shared with your colleagues. You can perform a search using the Message ID to retrieve the specific message immediately.

Searching for a specific message

• Enter the search dialog box and enter the message id
• Run the search and you'll see an Advanced Filter displayed
• Click it to find the specific email of interest

Uses

This functionality is handy to have in many ways, I will list down the most common uses:

1. When you report a problem to our support team, we may ask you to identify the message ID and share it with our 'Sedna Validation' support account.
2. You may have third party systems that refer to the specific message ID.
