Configurable Message Actions

You are able to pin the most used actions displayed at the bottom of your mobile app while reading messages, enabling you to streamline your workflow and save valuable time. 

Whether you prioritise archiving messages for your team or frequently share message IDs, you can customise the actions displayed to align with your workflow requirements.

How It Works:

1. Click into a message
2. Click on the "More" icon
   
3. Click on Edit Pinned Actions
4. Set Your Preferences: Once in the editing mode, select the actions you want to pin for quick access. You can choose from a range of actions based on your usage patterns and preferences.

Save Your Settings: After customising your pinned actions, save your settings to apply the changes. Your configured actions will now be prominently displayed at the bottom of the message view screen.
