Overview
Maritime operations teams spend significant time manually handling schedule data:
- Inbound: Extracting ETA/ETD information from unstructured emails and updating IMOS voyage systems is slow and error-prone.
- Outbound: Teams manually format and send voyage schedules, leading to inconsistent presentation and outdated data.
This feature solves these inefficiencies by automating ETA/ETD extraction and providing one-click itinerary insertion.
This article helps you automate inbound IMOS updates and outbound customer communications directly within Sedna.
