SEDNA's Contacts feature is an in-app directory that stores details on the people you interact with. These contacts can be added to a distribution list or group so you can easily send messages to multiple recipients at a time.
To access Contacts, click on the Contacts icon in the Side Bar of your SEDNA window.
Once users are a part of your Contacts, you can open Contacts to:
- Add a comment about that contact in their Activity Panel
- Follow () a contact to prioritize their Messages in your inbox feed
- Edit () name, address, email, phone and organization details
- Mute () messages from that Contact
- Search () your messages with that Contact
- Delete the contact
- Create () a message to the Contact
These options are located at the top of the window when you click on a contact.
Note: Muting a contact will only mute messages from this contact for you and not the entire team. Messages that have been muted will appear in the Archive and All filters.
