Message recall as it is designed in other email systems rarely actually recalls the message, but rather sends the recipients a notification that you have attempted to recall the message and is dependant on the recipients email server settings.
Instead of recall, Sedna gives you the control - we have a feature called message send delay - for two minutes after you set a message to send, the message will be held and not yet sent. During these two minutes, the sender or any user on the team can Cancel Send to stop the message from sending.
After the message is sent, it cannot be recalled.
Default message send delay is set at 2 minutes, but can be increased or reduced to meet your requirements.
The setting can be applied at tenant or team level.
