Workflow Search in Stream

You can now search your workflows by name, making it quicker and easier to locate the exact workflow you need without scrolling through long lists.

Where is the search located?

To access the workflow search, first click on the Workflows button in your left-hand sidebar. This will open the full list of workflows available to you. At the top of this list, you’ll see a new search bar where you can type the name of the workflow you’re looking for.

What can I search?

• Workflow name only: based on how the workflow has been titled

Why is this useful?

• Helps you navigate large workflow libraries with ease
• Reduces time spent scrolling or clicking between workflows
• Speeds up access to high-priority or frequently used workflows

Getting started:

1. Click the Workflows button in the left-hand sidebar
2. In the workflows panel, use the search bar at the top
3. Start typing the name of the workflow
4. Click to open and begin using the workflow as normal

Notes:

• You’ll only see this feature if your organisation has Workflows enabled
• Workflow names are set during creation, using consistent naming conventions can improve search results
