Drag and drop contacts between the recipient fields

This feature lets you easily drag and drop recipients between fields (To, Cc, Bcc) while composing a message.

Mobile: How It Works 

1. Open the web app on a mobile device.
2. Compose a new message.
3. Add a few recipients.
4. Expand all recipient fields using the caret button.
5. Tap and hold on a recipient (e.g., from the To field).
6. Drag the recipient to another field (e.g., Cc)
7. Release the touch to drop the recipient into the new field.

What you can do and what you will see

• Drag and drop recipients between fields (To, Cc, Bcc).
• When dragging non-contact recipients, their tags should be highlighted with a light purple background.
• When dragging contact recipients, their tag style should remain unchanged.

Desktop: How It Works 

1. Open the message composer
2. Insert some recipients to the To field
3. Press and hold the shift key, click on the recipients you want to move
4. Drag one of the selected recipients (distinguished by a dashed border)
5. Drop them into the Cc or Bcc field. If these fields ain’t expanded you can also drop to their labels (eg Cc)

Unlike the mobile feature, this option allows you to move multiple recipients at once.
