Tidy (formerly Bulk Archive)

To Archive many messages in one action select Tidy. 

Select Tidy to open the Tidy modal. By clicking the "Tidy" button in the button right of the modal, you will Tidy (archive) all messages currently surfaced to you, whether you are viewing an inbox, a search, a Live Search, a Saved Search, or your Following or Important tabs.

Tidy Filters

Select the applicable filter to Tidy (archive) messages that meet the desired criteria.

On selecting a filter, Sedna will calculate the messages to be tidied (archived). Select Archive and Sedna will carry out the process in the background.

Tidy for team (Pro and Enterprise Edition Only)

If you are on a Pro or Enterprise Sedna Edition you may also have the Tidy for team option. Selecting this will Tidy (archive) the message for all members of the same Default Team as yourself. 

Note: 'Include team tidy' is only available to those with the Super User role for Archive search results.
