When you enter your accurate password and login ID (SSO-email address) but still get redirected back to the login page, it can be frustrating.
However, there is a possible reason for this issue. It might be because there are new changes in your email address within the Sedna UI, but these changes haven't been updated in your SSO credentials, such as Microsoft Azure or Gmail.

For instance, let's say your email address in the Sedna UI is "f.tan@<yourorganisation>.com," but the connection with Microsoft Azure is established with the email address "fion@<yourorganisation>.com."
To resolve this issue promptly, you can follow these steps:
- Contact your IT support team.
- Inform them that you have attempted to log in with your email address but are continuously redirected back to the login page.
- Request IT support to check the synchronization between the Sedna Email Address in the UI and the Microsoft Azure connection.
- Ask them to update the email address in the Sedna UI to match the SSO credentials (Microsoft Azure or Gmail).
By communicating with your IT support team and ensuring the email address synchronization, you should be able to overcome the login loop issue and access the desired functionality.
