Sedna Support is happy to help verify potential bugs. Please provide as much information as you can about how to replicate the problem you're experiencing, and where possible, whether your colleagues (other users) are able to replicate the problem as well.
We'll do our best to replicate the issue you are facing , and if successful lodge a bug report for you. Where relevant, we will do our best to construct workarounds.
How we approach bug fixing
Sedna seeks to target the most critical bugs affecting the widest customer set. Bugs are prioritised based on the estimated impact to our users. Most bugs are initially reported at Low priority until they are triaged and the true impact can be assessed.
How to get access to bug fixes
Once a bug fix is available, tested, and verified, we’ll progressively roll it out to your site as soon as we reasonably can.
Case closure
Where the bug report reports to a high priority fix, we will keep the customer case open until the fix has been deployed to our customers.
