What are some common Login Issues?
- Incorrect email or password: Check that you are entering the correct email address and password associated with your Sedna account. If you forgot your password, use the "Forgot password" link on the login screen to reset it.
- No internet connection: Ensure your device is connected to a stable WiFi or cellular data network. The Sedna app requires an internet connection to authenticate your login.
- Outdated app version: Check that you have the latest version of the Sedna iOS app installed from the App Store. Using an old version can cause login problems.
Troubleshooting Steps
1. Force quit the Sedna app and relaunch it.
- On an iPhone X or later, swipe up from the bottom to the middle of your screen and pause.
- Then swipe right or left to find the Sedna app preview and swipe up on the preview to close it.
- On an iPhone 8 or earlier, double-click the Home button and swipe right or left to find the Sedna app preview. Then swipe up on the preview to close it.
2. Toggle Airplane Mode on and off.
- Open Control Center and tap the Airplane Mode icon to turn it on, wait a few seconds, then tap it again to turn it off. This can reset your device's connection to the network.
3. Uninstall and reinstall the Sedna app.
- Touch and hold the Sedna app icon on your home screen, tap Remove App, then tap Delete App.
- Reinstall Sedna from the App Store.
4. Update to the latest iOS version available for your device.
- Go to Settings > General > Software Update. If an update is available, tap Download and Install.
