If you face this error when log in, please see below for the troubleshooting steps to resolve this error:
- Close your Sedna app (make sure that this error is no longer showing)
- Head to your sedna tenant in your web app in your mobile (E.g. Chrome)
- Log in with your userID for Single Sign On
- You will receive a prompt Open this page in "SEDNA"? upon successful login
- Click Open
- You will then be redirected to your Sedna App
