Job Tags in Your Sidebar

Stream has a dedicated Job Tags section in your sidebar – giving you faster access to the tags that matter most.

What You Can Do Now

With this update, users can:

• See Important Job Tags directly in the sidebar
• Tag messages faster by dragging and dropping onto a tag
• Spot Job Tags quickly with a clear green outline
• Display up to 50 Job Tags – only those marked as Important will appear
• Customise tag visibility and subscriptions using our support guide

On first access, Job Tags appear in the order they were marked Important, with newly subscribed tags at the top.

What to Expect on Launch

If your team already uses Important tags, you may see a longer list to start with. That’s expected. It’s easy to clean up – simply unmark any tags you no longer need: Learn how to manage tag visibility and How to Use Job Tags in the Sidebar
