Batch Tagging on Mobile

This article helps you batch add or remove job, category, people, and private tags for multiple messages at once on mobile.

Who can get it?

• This feature is available to everyone
• Requires the Sedna mobile app (latest version)

Instructions

1. Open your Inbox or Search Results in the Sedna mobile app.
2. Select multiple messages by tapping and holding, then tapping others to include them.
3. Tap Edit Tags.
4. Add or remove job, category, people, or private tags for all selected messages.
5. Tap Save Changes to apply updates.

⚠️ Note: Batch tagging does not work if a Note is included in the selection.
