AI Chat

Type your question in plain language. AI Chat searches your team's email history, pulls live vessel data, and answers Sedna product questions, all without leaving your inbox. It understands vessel names, voyage references, counterparties, and port names the way you use them.

What AI Chat can do

Email Search Search your team's entire email history in plain language. Find threads by vessel, counterparty, voyage, port, or topic, with cited results so you can go straight to the source.

Vessel Data & Position Lookup Ask where a vessel is or get the latest vessel details. AI Chat pulls live data from Lloyd's List Intelligence directly in the chat - no need to switch systems.

Catch Me Up Ask AI Chat to catch you up and it will surface messages where you've been tagged, threads with unread comments, and anything that's been waiting for your attention.

Sedna Help Centre Not sure how a feature works? Ask directly in the chat. AI Chat can answer product questions, from live search setup to comments and tagging — without leaving your workflow.
