Users with IT roles assigned have access to the Team Management section that allows them to create Team Inboxes and generate the forwarding email addresses.
To create a Team or Solo Inbox in Sedna please follow the below instructions:

Refer to the initials at the left bottom corner

Click on the initials → Settings

Navigate to ‘Teams and Solo Inbox’ section

Click ‘+Create Inbox’ button

Select a type of Inbox you would like to create (Team Inbox or Solo Inbox)

Indicate the Team name and Sending Name if required

Specify the email address the Team will be based on

Click ‘Save’ button

Copy the Forwarding email address

Refer to Users section → Manage Users

Select the users who need to be added to the team and click ‘Save’.
