Everything you need to log in to Sedna plus quick fixes if you're stuck.
Quick summary
- Go to your organisation's dedicated Sedna URL. This is usually: yourcompany.sednanetwork.com.
If you are unsure of your unique Sedna URL, reach out to your organisation’s Sedna internal point of contact, or, contact Sedna Support (support@sedna.com)
- Enter your email address or Sedna username.
- If your company uses Single Sign-On (SSO), you'll be redirected to your organisation's login page to enter your usual company password.
- Once verified, you'll land straight in Sedna Email.
If that didn't work, jump to Common login problems below.
Why isn't there a single Sedna login page?
Every customer has a unique Senda URL for security purposes.
Unlike some platforms, there's no single sedna.com/login page you can bookmark or Google your way to. This is by design, not an oversight.
Every Sedna customer is issued their own dedicated login URL (usually, for example, yourcompany.sednanetwork.com), unique to their organisation. This keeps each company's environment separate and secure. This also means your login page can only be reached by people who already know your organisation's specific address. Your login page is rather than not publicly discoverable and as a result, is not open to anyone stumbling across it via search.
All of this means that you will not find a generic "Sedna login" page online. You'll need your organisation's specific URL, which your IT team or account admin can provide if you don't have it saved.
How to log in to Sedna on desktop
Sedna Email is browser-based and works with Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Safari.
- Open your browser and navigate to your dedicated Sedna URL. This is normally your company name followed by .sednanetwork.com (e.g. acme.sednanetwork.com).
- Enter your email address and select Log In.
- Most organisations use SSO (Single Sign-On) to secure Sedna access. If yours does, you'll be redirected to your company's identity provider (e.g. Microsoft Azure, Okta, Google Workspace) to enter your usual company credentials.
- Once verified, you'll be redirected straight into Sedna Email.
How to log in to Sedna on mobile
Sedna is available on the go via the iOS app or your mobile browser (Google Chrome works on both Android and iOS).
Sedna iOS App
- Download the Sedna app from the App Store.
- Open the app and log in:
- Log in with your SSO (Single Sign-On) email address .
If your company does not use SSO, then use your Sedna username:
- For example: name.tenantid
Note: You may be redirected to your organisation's login page to enter your company credentials.
Mobile browser (Android & iOS)
- Open Chrome and go to your dedicated Sedna URL (yourcompany.sednanetwork.com).
- Log in the same way as desktop: Sedna username or SSO email.
Tip: If you see a prompt asking "Open this page in Sedna?" after logging in via mobile browser, tap Open. This hands you off to the Sedna app for a smoother experience.
Single Sign-On (SSO) and Sedna
Most Sedna customers log in via SSO, meaning your Sedna access is tied to your company email and managed by your organisation's identity provider rather than a separate Sedna password.
How to tell if you're using SSO:
If you log in with your regular company email address (e.g. you@yourcompany.com) rather than a Sedna-specific username (e.g. you.tenantid), you're using SSO.
Keep in mind:
- Your Sedna URL will always be yourcompany.sednanetwork.com.
- Your password is managed by your company (IT/Azure/Okta/Google Workspace), not by Sedna.
- If your SSO password changes, you may remain signed in until your existing session token expires (up to 30 days) — you don't need to do anything unless you're logged out.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Organisations can add an extra layer of security to Sedna logins with Multi-Factor Authentication. Once MFA is enabled for your account:
- After entering your password, you'll be prompted for a time-limited code from the app to complete login.
Want to turn MFA on for your organisation?
Contact your Sedna account team or email success@sedna.com.
Common Sedna login problems (and how to fix them)
"Your account or password is incorrect" (SSO users)
This usually means the password entered doesn't match your organisation's current records — not a Sedna issue.
- Double-check you're on the correct URL: yourcompany.sednanetwork.com
- Confirm you're using the correct company email address
- If the password is genuinely wrong, this needs to be reset via your company IT team, not Sedna
Please note: Sedna doesn't hold or reset SSO passwords.
Stuck in a login loop / continuously redirected to the login page
This typically happens when your email address in Sedna doesn't exactly match the email registered with your SSO provider (e.g. Microsoft Azure or Google Workspace).
- Contact your IT team and ask them to confirm your Sedna email matches your SSO-registered email exactly.
- If it's out of sync, IT can update it in Sedna so the two align.
- Still stuck after that? Contact Sedna Support — there may be a backend configuration issue (e.g. an expired secret key) we can help resolve.
"Access blocked" or authorisation error (mobile)
- Fully close the Sedna app.
- Open your Sedna tenant URL in your mobile browser instead (e.g. Chrome).
- Log in with your SSO credentials.
- When prompted "Open this page in Sedna?", tap Open — you'll be redirected into the app successfully.
Wrong or expired MFA code
If you're getting a "wrong or expired code" error after entering your one-time password, this is usually a time-sync issue between your device and the authenticator app. Contact Sedna Support if refreshing the code doesn't resolve it.
Account locked after multiple failed attempts
If you see "Your account has been blocked after multiple consecutive login attempts," don't keep retrying — this can extend the lockout. Contact Sedna Support to have your access restored.
Forgotten Sedna username/password (non-SSO accounts)
If you log in with a dedicated Sedna username rather than SSO, password resets are managed by your organisation's IT/Sedna administrator, not by end users directly.

FAQ
What is my Sedna login URL? Your Sedna login URL is unique to your organisation and typically follows the format yourcompany.sednanetwork.com. Check with your IT team if you're unsure.
Do I log in with a password or my company email? It depends on your organisation's setup. Most Sedna customers use Single Sign-On (SSO), so you'll log in with your regular company email and password. Some organisations use a dedicated Sedna username instead.
Can I use Sedna on my phone? Yes. Sedna has a dedicated iOS app, and Android/iOS users can also log in via the Chrome browser using the same credentials as desktop.
Why do I keep getting redirected back to the Sedna login page? This is usually caused by a mismatch between your email address in Sedna and your organisation's SSO provider. Your IT team can check and correct this.
Who do I contact if I'm locked out of Sedna? If you use SSO, contact your internal IT team first, since Sedna doesn't manage SSO passwords. If the issue persists, submit a request or email support@sedna.com.
