But we want you to get to a point where you can focus on your emails first & let the system help.
Level 1. Triage Each Message
For each message you are triaging these are the steps you should be thinking about as you work through your message list.

You could do this for every message in your inbox but that is going to be A LOT of work!
Level 2. Triage From Your Live Searches
Your Live Searches are a feature to elevate the messages that you need to prioritise in your triaging process.

You can use Sedna's Tidy Feature to archive everything that is in a Search. This allows you to archive large volumes of messages that you do not need to action.
Your Everything Else Search is a starting point for archiving messages in bulk using the Tidy feature but mastering Level 3 is creating your own saved searches that you can Tidy with one click!

Triaging your messages will be a journey you will master over time. You will start to see where you can automate, tags and search to help you to elevate or remove messages from your busy inboxes.
