How to Control Tag Suggestion Visibility in the Context Panel

Tag suggestions in the Context Panel surface relevant tags to help you add tags and stay organised. You can now customise which tag suggestions are visible, allowing you to customise your context panel with the details that matters to you.

This article helps you control which tag suggestions appear in the Context Panel, so you can focus on the information that matters to you.

How to:

Collapse or Expand Suggested Tags

1. Open a message and view the Context Panel.
2. Locate a tag group with suggestions (for example, Job Tags or Category Tags).
3. Click the collapse/expand icon next to the Suggestions label.
   • When collapsed, suggested tags are hidden.
   • When expanded, suggested tags are shown.
4. Click the icon again at any time to toggle visibility.

Your preference is saved automatically and applied across all messages.

Show or Hide Tag Suggestion Types

1. Open a message and view the Context Panel.
2. Click the settings (gear) icon at the top of the panel.
3. Review the list of tag suggestion types (Job, Category, Follower).
4. Use the checkboxes to choose which suggestion types you want to see:
   • Checked: Suggestions will be shown.
   • Unchecked: Suggestions will be removed from the Context Panel.
5. Close the settings menu to apply your changes.

These settings apply to all messages, not just the one you’re viewing.

You have full control over how tag suggestions appear in the Context Panel. Suggested tags can be hidden or shown based on your preferences, while manually applied and pinned tags remain unaffected. Your settings persist across sessions and messages.
