Sedna Login Help: How to Sign In (Desktop, Mobile, & SSO)

Everything you need to log in to Sedna plus quick fixes if you're stuck.

Quick summary 

1. Go to your organisation's dedicated Sedna URL. This is usually: yourcompany.sednanetwork.com.

If you are unsure of your unique Sedna URL, reach out to your organisation’s Sedna internal point of contact, or, contact Sedna Support (support@sedna.com) 

2. Enter your email address or Sedna username.

3. If your company uses Single Sign-On (SSO), you'll be redirected to your organisation's login page to enter your usual company password.

4. Once verified, you'll land straight in Sedna Email.

Why isn't there a single Sedna login page?

Every customer has a unique Senda URL for security purposes.

Unlike some platforms, there's no single sedna.com/login page you can bookmark or Google your way to. This is by design, not an oversight.

Every Sedna customer is issued their own dedicated login URL (usually, for example, yourcompany.sednanetwork.com), unique to their organisation. This keeps each company's environment separate and secure. This also means your login page can only be reached by people who already know your organisation's specific address. Your login page is rather than not publicly discoverable and as a result, is not open to anyone stumbling across it via search.

All of this means that you will not find a generic "Sedna login" page online. You'll need your organisation's specific URL, which your IT team or account admin can provide if you don't have it saved.
