Sedna Inbox includes everything new to you, whether that is a message received within your Team or a message that is sent from your Team. When you are working in a team, seeing the things that your other colleagues have actioned is extremely valuable. You also get the added benefit of being able to review/cancel an outgoing message should it contain any mistakes.
For Solo Inboxes
- Click on your name at the bottom left corner and select "Settings"
- Locate the "Display Settings" section
- Find the "Solo Inbox" option
- Toggle "Display sent items in your inbox tab" on or off as desired
Sent Items in your Team Inbox feature automatically archives sent messages for the sender, keeping their inbox clear of outgoing correspondence while maintaining visibility for other team members.
For Team Inboxes
- Sent messages are automatically archived for the sender
- The sender will not see their own sent messages in their inbox
- Other team members can still view sent messages from the sender in the team inbox
- This is configured on Sedna's side by our Support Team. Contact Sedna Support if you need to change this setting for your team inbox
