How to Search for all Unread Messages by all Users?

Although Sedna does not have a Search filter for "Unread by Anyone", all Messages that have a Job Tag, should realistically be in the Important tab of at least one person in the Team, as it is associated with them through the Integration (e.g. the ops manager), or because they have marked the Job Tag as Important manually. 

There are a couple of instances where this may not be true: 

1. The Job Tag is associated with a person who is no longer in Sedna (e.g. they left the company)
2. There is a Job Tag but it is not relevant to that specific Team (e.g. maybe a head-fixture tag has been applied, which may not be relevant to the Operator who is only subscribed to voyage Tags). 

Additionally, any messages without a Job Tag, should be picked up by the Team/Manager through the following safety net Search (assuming they have not got this set in their Important Settings)
