Create a Saved Search
1. Click into the search bar
2. Enter your desired search criteria into the search bar. In this example, we want to look for messages in the Operations inbox that do not have a Job Tag applied
Tip: Want to view multiple teams in one view? Click the [[+]] next the teams you want to view to automatically populate your search!
3. Click on the ellipsis icon to see more options
4. Click "Save this search"
5. Type in what you want to call your search and hit [[enter]] on your keyboard or click the tick
Convert a Saved Search to a Live Search
6. Click the mechanical cog to open the Search Manager
7. To make the search Live, toggle the switch to "On"
Rename a Search
8. Hover over it and click the ellipsis menu
9. Click "Rename"
10. Update the name and click "Save"
Update a Search
11. Click in the search bar and update your criteria
12. Click the ellipsis menu
13. Click "Update this Saved search"
Delete a Search
14. Click this icon.
15. Click "Delete"
16. Click "Delete"
