When to Use This Feature
Use the Attachment Carousel when youβre working with emails that include several attachments, like vessel photos, inspection PDFs, or supporting documentation, and want to review them quickly without clicking into each file.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Open an Email with Multiple Attachments
- Navigate to any message in Stream that contains more than one attachment.
Step 2: Locate the Attachment Preview Area
- Attachments will appear in a horizontal scrollable carousel directly below the message body.
Step 3: Scroll Through the Attachments
- Use the left and right arrows to browse each attachment inline.
- No downloads or new windows required β you stay in the message view.
Step 4: Open a Specific File (Optional)
- If needed, click on any file to open it in a full view.
- You can still download files individually from this screen if required
Supported File Types
The Attachment Carousel supports a wide range of file formats, including:
- PDFs
- Images (JPG, PNG, GIF, SVG)
- Microsoft Office files (.doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .ppt)
- EMLs and other common attachments

Q: Why canβt I see the carousel?
A: The carousel only appears when there are two or more attachments. For single files, youβll see the standard attachment preview.
