Feature overview
Send timely communications across your global operations, with our Schedule Send functionality. Simply compose your email, then select your preferred send date and time from within the Draft to ensure your message is automatically sent to your chosen recipient(s) at the right time.
How to Schedule Send a Message
- Once you have completed an email Draft and are ready to schedule it, click the Schedule Send button, which is next to the Send button
- Select a preferred date and time in the future for this email to be sent
- Click “Schedule”
- You will be taken back to the inbox, where you will see the scheduled Message
- If you would like to stop the message from being sent or change the scheduled date/time, click “Undo” in the Message Reader
