Template Search in Stream

You can now search templates directly when inserting them into a message, helping you quickly locate what you need without scrolling through long lists.

What can I search?

When inserting a template, you’ll now see a search bar at the top of the template list. You can search by:

• Template name
• Creator (who originally created the template)
• Last modified by (the user who last updated the template)

This makes it easier to find and use the right template in seconds, especially helpful if your organisation has a large number of templates in use.

Why is this useful?

• Reduces time spent scrolling through long lists
• Helps you quickly reuse consistent messaging
• Improves accuracy by reducing selection errors

Getting started:

1. Click to insert a template as you normally would
2. Use the new search bar at the top of the window
3. Type a keyword, name, or user. Results will filter in real time
4. Click on the template you want to use

Tips:

• If you don’t remember the full template name, partial matches will still surface relevant results
• Try searching by your own name to find templates you've created
