You can now search templates directly when inserting them into a message, helping you quickly locate what you need without scrolling through long lists.
What can I search?
When inserting a template, you’ll now see a search bar at the top of the template list. You can search by:
- Template name
- Creator (who originally created the template)
- Last modified by (the user who last updated the template)
This makes it easier to find and use the right template in seconds, especially helpful if your organisation has a large number of templates in use.
Why is this useful?
- Reduces time spent scrolling through long lists
- Helps you quickly reuse consistent messaging
- Improves accuracy by reducing selection errors
Getting started:
- Click to insert a template as you normally would
- Use the new search bar at the top of the window
- Type a keyword, name, or user. Results will filter in real time
- Click on the template you want to use
Tips:
- If you don’t remember the full template name, partial matches will still surface relevant results
- Try searching by your own name to find templates you've created
