How to Report a Parsing Error

1. In your Cargo or Tonnage lists, select the cargo/position identified to have incorrectly parsed data:

1. Select "Report a Parsing Error"

1. Categorise the Error: A set of checkboxes will appear, allowing you to specify the type of error.

1. Provide Additional Comments (Optional): Use the text box to add any relevant details about the issue.
2. Submit the Report: Once submitted, the error will be flagged for review.

What Happens After Reporting?

• The error will be reported to your Parsing Partner for investigation. We will provide you with findings.
