AI Composer sits directly in your email compose window. Describe what you need and get a polished draft back in seconds, ready to review, edit, and send. It can draft from context, rewrite selected text, adjust tone, and translate in place.

AI Composer does not send anything on your behalf. Every result appears as a draft in your compose window for you to review, edit, and send when you're ready.

What AI Composer can do

Draft & Reply Describe what you need or give Composer context from the thread, and get a draft back ready to send - whether that's acknowledging a delay, pushing back on a claim, or sending a client update.

Translate & Reformat Select text and translate it instantly, or reformat a rambling update into a concise, structured message for a client or senior stakeholder.

Tone Control Make a message more formal for a client, more direct for internal teams, or soften a difficult response while keeping the message firm.

How to use AI Composer

1. Open a new email or reply in Sedna Email.
2. Click the AI button in the compose toolbar to open the prompt input.
3. To draft from scratch or from thread context: type or paste your prompt and any relevant context into the input field, then submit.
4. To edit text you've already written: select the text in your compose window first, then open the AI button. Composer will act on your selection - rewriting, reformatting, or translating it in place.
5. Review the result in your compose window. Edit as needed, then send when ready.

Prompts to try

• "Draft a response acknowledging delay and proposing next steps" - paste thread context first
• "Reply professionally pushing back on this claim" - paste thread context first
• "Make this more formal and concise" - highlight your draft text first
• "Translate to [language]" - highlight any text first

Good to know

AI Composer suggests text in your compose window. Nothing is sent without your explicit action.
