Creating a Live Search

Creating Live Search is a Two-Step process.

First, you need to create a search that you would like to then save as a Saved Search. To learn to do these separate actions, please refer to their separate articles in the help centre:

Creating a Live Search

1. Hover over your Saved Searches tabs in the Sidebar and click the settings wheel icon.

2. From your list of available Saved Searches, click the right-hand toggle to turn on or off a Live Search.

    

    

3. Once you've turned on your Live Search, it should appear in your sidebar under Live Searches with a message counter.

Note: A maximum of 5 Live Searches can be active at one time.
